Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stripe & Stare pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the biological seal remains intact and unopened.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print & Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
