We pride ourselves on using TENCEL™ Modal, a sustainably sourced fiber made from beechwood. It is carbon-neutral, breathable, and twice as soft as cotton.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.
How should I care for my Stripe & Stare garments?
To maintain the softness and longevity of your items, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C and air drying. Avoid tumble drying to protect the delicate fibers.
